To support the implementation of future digital systems at our institution, we need to clearly understand the student journey and map it to institutional processes.

Identify current student journey and business processes and systems that underpin it
Design the ideal student journey for current and future business models (e.g. face to face, blended, online and short courses)
Engage a cross-functional group of staff to ensure broad perspectives and input to process

Part 2: Cross-functional workshop
